Fantástico! ABROAD'S running in The Marató de Barcelona in 2009! Rendezvous on race day and join marathon mania. Our curb crew of friends and family always provide plenty of team spirit, colorful camaraderie and LOTS of enthusiastic cheering along the sidelines of the race routes just when you need to see a friendly face in the crowd!

Accommodations

Everyone in the group makes their own arrangements for travel. We always think it's a good idea to reserve accommodations near the finish line for convenient walking distance after each race.

What's Included

Following the marathons Abroad for Adventure is proud to sponsor the 'Super Achievers Celebration' when we all meet for a champagne toast in celebration of our personal victories, cheering techniques, spectator singalongs, cowbell callings. and to drink champagne of course!

Additional Activities (cost not incl.)

The post-race dinner has become part of our marathon routine - and the reward for a job well-done! We reserve space for our gang at a local favorite restaurant and share a great meal as the finale to an unforgettable day.

Getting There

Follow instructions listed by race organizers for each event. We suggest arriving a day or two in advance of race day to get settled, pick up your race packet and to meet our gang for a little good luck camaraderie the night before the event!
